Visited last week joined by my friend Jim Smith to taste a selection of new dishes from Executive Chef Alex Hancock’s Spring menu, he has put a fresh twist on new dishes that are light, colourful and flavourful.
The Brazilian Salad with NY striploin steak, orange segments, pecans, red onions, delicious and refreshing.
Niçoise Salad with tuna, edamame, tomatoes, greens, Spanish olives, egg a twist on a Nicoise.
Grilled Salmon on top of a delicious Crab pudding with a Southern succotash, outstanding dish.
Chicken Saltimboca with a ratatouille mix and crispy pancetta rounds, outstanding flavours.
The #5 Special with crispy noodles over rice with a vegetarian mix
Rice Pudding sweetened and topped with toasted coconut
