I was invited in to preview Executive chef Pascal Morin’s Dine Out Vancouver dinner menu of their 3 course $28 prix fixe as their dine out menu was one of my picks in this years festival. The dishes shown below were my favourites from the 3 course menu that I tried.
1st Course Appetizer
Scallops
pan seared scallops with pancetta chips, cauliflower and goat cheese puree and french lentil ragout

Beet Salad
golden beet and arugula salad with candied pecans, goat cheese and balsamic pearls
2nd Course Appetizer
Bison Ribs
bacon and apple braised red cabbage and gruyere cheese potato gratin

Arctic Char
parsnip puree, root vegetables and brussels sprouts hash
Chicken Pot Pie
house made puff pastry with roasted chicken and vegetable filling
3rd Course Dessert
Chocolate Molten Cake
with berry coulis & vanilla ice cream

Bailey’s Creme Brulee
with orange almond biscotti
Bogart’s Restaurant Dine Out Vancouver promotion runs thru February 1st.
Reservations for Dine Out are now being accepted via phone at (604) 336-3578. Bogart’s Restaurant is located at 121 Robson Street in downtown Vancouver and they are open for dinner from 5pm nightly.
