Located in the heart of Ladner village, this coffee house is the hub for the community, evident on a Sunday morning when the staff greet each customer by name. Serving up 49^th Parallel coffee, you will find a full line-up of espresso beverages along with baked goods from local bakeries that include muffins, scones. Croissants, cookies and bars.

I had an Espresso Macchiato on my visit last Sunday after I visited the Ladner Village Farmers Market. The room has a great vibe with its brick walls and tables made of reclaimed wood. Look for art shows and more happening at the cafe.
