Since I love desserts, and love everything that Adam Chandler and his team does out of their pastry kitchen I tasted my way through some of their baked goods, chocolates and dessert creations that are in their summer line-up!

Late Night Noodle Bar, Queen of Hearts Bar and the Chocolate Crunch Bar
My Take:
I love the round shape of the cream puffs along with the texture of the outer shell, I favoured the fruity passion fruit filling over the salted caramel. The Yuzu Almond Poppyseed Twice-baked Croissant is outstanding, filled with the almond poppyseed filing and yuzu glazed covering the croissant. The Kouign Amann was dense, buttery and complex both in flavour and the method of pastry making. The Raspberry Cheesecake Trifle is one of their deconstructed desserts in a glass jar. My favourite from the 3 chocolate bars I tried was the Late Night Noodle Bar that was filled with crunch noodles, peanuts and had a great zing; the Queen of Hearts Bar was my least favourite of the selection which was filled a pop rocks type of flavour and the Chocolate Crunch Bar was divine.
