The restaurant is featuring a 5 course Spring inspired Modern Indian tasting menu by Executive Chef Balvant Ajagaonkar and his team throughout the spring. Visited for dinner and savoured each of the courses that were colourful, glorious and unique. It’s offered throughout the spring for dinner, an advance reservation is required.
The Spring Tasting Menu Includes:

1st course: Asparagus Shorba
Creamy asparagus and pea soup with quail egg, croutons and a kick of garam masala (my favourite)

2nd course: Tandoori Brussels Sprouts
Tandoori-spiced Brussels sprouts with tempered cauliflower and toasted coconut in a creamy sauce

3rd course: Fish Tamarind Sablefish
Tamarind-glazed sablefish with chili coriander sauce and turmeric rice (my favourite)

4th course: Cornish Hen
Cornish hen in butternut squash curry with pineapple chutney and charred broccolini (my favourite)

5th course: Golden Beet & Paan Mousse
Golden beet and betel leaf mousse with strawberry sauce; the flavour is floral and very creative, perfectly capturing spring.
