Afternoon Tea is an art and should be an extraordinary experience one that you will cherish. Vancouver has some wonderful places for you to indulge in an Afternoon Tea experience. Each of the places is unique in what they offer along with the type of service and selection of sandwiches, pastries and desserts. I am on a journey around the city to find these extraordinary places.
A wonderful and delicious Lunar New Year Afternoon Tea experience notch 8 restaurant that has been decorated for the occasion to celebrate the Year of the Dragon.
Lawrence joined me for this wonderful Afternoon Tea and we started off with Szechuan Old Fashioned cocktails from the Macallan collection and these are an add-on.
Each of us chose different teas from their exquisite menu. I had the Jasmine Gold Dragon tea and Lawrence had the Lucky dragon hyson tea.
We were then served a selection of their fluffy scones with clotted cream and orange marmalade; both the Almond Cookie and Classic Buttermilk Scones were divine.
