I was invited to attend a wonderful Grand Opening Party at Earls Restaurant ahead of it’s public opening to preview their new Amazing Brentwood location.

The Earls internal design team, consisting of Lead Designer Kimberly Hume and Creative Director Elly Chronakis, developed the “Modern Design meets Earthy Comfort” style of Earls Brentwood. Inspired by The Amazing Brentwood’s timeless aesthetic and open-air shopping concept, Earls Brentwood utilizes warm elemental materials, lush greenery, and ample natural light to create a stylish and welcoming space where indoors and outdoors seamlessly connect. As part of the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting local artists, the walls of Earls Brentwood will feature collections from both Burnaby and BC based artists Rande Cook, Tafui, and Dina Gonzales.

The innovative and ever changing menu, created by renowned Chef David Wong, is inspired by cultures and cuisines from around the globe, includes both healthy and indulgent items that offer something for everyone, and for every occasion.

Guests were treated to delicious seafood (lobster, shrimp cocktail), sushi and sushi tacos, crab cakes, pizza and more! Of course I loved it all, especially the lobster, crab cakes, sushi tacos and the pizza selections that included the Tropic Thunder, West Coast Prawn Pizza, Kale & Mushroom vegan and the Margherita.

This will be your new spot for weekend brunch or a night out, easily accessible by skytrain. If you choose to drive, park in the underground parking lot near Earl’s and get yourself a couple hours of complementary parking.

Earls at The Amazing Brentwood is located at 4567 Lougheed Hwy in Burnaby is now open daily.
