Over the years I had visited both their Denman street and their Whistler restaurants for their delicious Aussie Pies to eat-in or to take-out. They recently opened their 3^rd location in the Burnaby Heights neighborhood and I was invited in to try some new items as well as some favourites!

1^st item:

Chunky Steak and Mushroom Pie, Peaked with mashed potatoes, mushy peas and gravy. One of my favourite pies on the menu.

2^nd item:

Spinach and Ricotta Roll

3^rd item:

Chunky Steak and Pepper Pie, Peaked with mashed potatoes, mushy peas and gravy; another favourite.

4^th item:

Vanilla slice, filled with a dense custard and thin layers of pastry.

5^th item:

Lamington, this is the large size topped with whipped cream and jam.

6^th item:

Anzac biscuit, traditional tasty biscuit

7^th item

Pumpkin pie

8^th item:

Apple crumble pie
