My latest visit for Dim Sum this time around was downtown Vancouver at 1886 Restaurant, located on the 3rd floor in the Parq Vancouver resort. Any Dim Sum experience should include multiple dishes and this one was no exception as I had a chance to try a lot of different dishes from the extensive selection on offer. I enjoyed a pot a of their Milk Oolong Tea to go along with the food offerings.
