Tasting Plates UBC

On Wednesday September 27 we presented another exciting tour in our Tasting Plates series as we visited the UBC campus for the first time.

Attendees enjoyed various food and drink stops throughout the area between the AMS Nest building and the restaurants which were close to the 10th Avenue entrance.

  • West Coast Trail Cookie –featuring high quality bakers chocolate, pumpkin seeds, flax, cranberries, coconut, cinnamon, and oats.
  • Nutella Twist Danish – Puff pastry with Nutella and salted macadamia nuts

  • Mocha – made with our Pacific Spirit espresso which is roasted in-house and mixed with our signature homemade chocolate sauce.
  • Aztec Gold Hot Chocolate – our take on a spicy hot chocolate featuring our homemade chocolate sauce and a blend of chillies and cinnamon.

Mahony & Sons custom sausages with garlic Yukon Gold mash and rich Guinness onion gravy.
