I took a whirl through the new fall and winter menu the other night which offers up more rustic Italian dishes on this ever changing seasonal menu.
1st dish:

Bagna Cauda
Bagna Cauda, a delicious sharing dish that originated in Piedmont with all the vegetables and bread to dip in a hot anchovy and garlic broth
2nd dish:

Burrata
Burrata, persimmon, chestnuts, chili, honey, another dish to share, loved the freshness of the cheese and the flavours with the chili and honey
3rd dish:

Ricotta cavatelli
Ricotta cavatelli, roast pumpkin, brown butter, sage, a delicious seasonal pasta dish offering.
4th dish:

Cullingionis
Cullingionis stuffed with potato and pecorino in a bright flavourful Pomodoro an incredible dish that originates in Sardinia.
5th dish:

Meatballs
Meatballs, neck bone gravy, a hearty and rich dish.
6th dish:

Potatoes
Potatoes, prosciutto, salami, rosemary, a very popular side dish.
7th dish:

Chocolate Tart
Chocolate Tart, olive oil, sea salt, pinenuts, one of my all time favourite tarts.
8th dish:

Cannoli
Cannoli, ricotta, orange, cocoa, hazelnuts
9th dish:

Tiramisu sundae
Tiramisu sundae, Beta 5 gelato, marsala, hazelnuts, this was delicious and perfect for sharing with my friend.
