Dhai Vada and Chicken Pakora

Specializing in Indo-Chinese cuisine, Owner and Chef Kalai is known for his Dosas, fine crispy large flat lentil crepes with delicious fillings, offerings include a variety of meat and vegetarian fillings. I have tried several dishes over a few visits, first the Mango Lassi comes topped with whipped cream, it was smooth and yummy! I’ve had the unique and delicious Dhai Vada lentil flour doughnut soaked in yogurt with tamarind chutney and the Chicken Pakora with sambar, and a trio of chutneys, it’s South Indian with a spice kick.

On one visit, I had the Eggplant Dosa that was over a foot long, thin and crispy with a delicious stewed eggplant filling, served with sambar, and a selection of chutneys including coconut and mint; on another visit I had the family size Chicken Dosa that was well over 2 feet long.

Most recently I tried some of their Indo-Chinese specialties, the delicious Manchurian Style Gobi, Indi-Chinese dish with fried cauliflower, onions and peppers; along with the Fish Pakora, South Indian Style with mint and tamarind chutneys

You will find a large selection of dosas both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, appetizers, Indian breads, curries, Indo-Chinese dishes and desserts. They have some of the best dosas around, add in some other unique dishes and you have yourself a great spot to enjoy time and time again on your own or with friends.
