With many restaurants around the region offering dim-sum, you must be in the know to which ones are not only good but ones that strive for excellent food quality and ambiance as well as have menus with photo are an English explanation offering. This is one restaurant that had been talked about on many occasions and they get it right all around. The surroundings are quite elegant with chandeliers throughout the dining room, you still do need a friend who speaks the language to ensure a smooth ordering experience, I was fortunate to have this on my dim sum dining adventure.

Chives and dried Shrimp Rice Roll

Deep fried Taro & Abalone Dumplings

Shrimp, nori and pineapple filled spring rolls

Shrimp and matsutake dumplings

Pan-fried chives rice crepe.
Angela and I ordered six dishes and between the two of us, and we only had a few left overs. I loved the Chives and dried Shrimp Rice Roll as well as the exquisite Black truffle, pork and shrimp dumplings. The Deep fried Taro & Abalone Dumplings were quite unique and a popular dish here, as was the Shrimp, nori and pineapple filled spring rolls. The Shrimp and matsutake dumplings were very good as was the Pan-fried chives rice crepe.
The restaurant serves dim sum daily as well on weekends along with an ala carte menu of signature dishes for dinner nightly. You will find an extensive selection of traditional favourites on the Dim Sum menu all a little higher in price than some of the other dim sum restaurants around the city as this one is somewhat more elegant.
