Sunday Discovery Dinner at Grapes and Soda

Last Sunday I enjoyed the Emilia-Romagna theme dinner in this Discovery Dinner series which Chef Ron Shaw who offered up a 4 course selection of small plates. Each Sunday night throughout the fall they have been offering up a different theme of small plates which you can get on it’s own or add the wine pairing option, as this is a Natural wine bar the wines selected are matched by the in-house sommelier Hao-Yang Wang as well any cocktails that are paired are done so by Bar Manager Satoshi Yonemori.

1st course:

Each Sunday evening they offer 3 seatings, choose from 6:30pm, 7:30pm or 8:30pm. Dinners cost $35 per person plus tax and gratuity, with optional drink pairings of wine, beer, cocktails, cider or spirits available for each course. Tickets are limited and available for purchase online.

They have some interesting regional dinners coming up, including a focus on Eastern Europe on December 6.
