I was invited to taste some of their new dishes off their summer menu.
The Hot Platter which I shared with my friend. I loved the Dungeness Crab Cakes, Mussels in the curried cream corn, Chili spiced Calamari and the Avacado Spring Rolls with the Tamarind Cashew Sauce. This platter is a great way to start a meal with one or two friends for sharing.
Smoked Cod Flatbread was so good, topped with cod, mozzarella, horseradish butter, and watercress and is great for sharing.
Salmon Wellington Haida Gwaii sockeye salmon with mushrooms duxelles, in a delicious flakey puff pastry.
Cannery Cod smoked black cod, roasted mushrooms, sautéed spinach, and lobster oil, this is one of their popular classic dishes carried forward from The Cannery days.
S’mores what an amazing treat! Almost a deconstructed version, starting with the homemade graham cookie, marshmallow fluff, rosemary oat streusel and a dense chocolate puck
Earl Grey Crème Brulee honey tea, tuile that my friend enjoyed.
Dining on the patio is the way to go in the summer time which is what I did on my recent visit.
