Pallet Coffee Roasters Tasting

I attended the family and friends preview recently before the café opened. Located in the East Village neighborhood, they are roasting their own coffee on site, baking their own baked goods and serving all in their café. I loved the split level room and the set-up, from the espresso bar to the roastery in the back. Indulged in some treats, trying the house-baked White Chocolate and Cranberry Scone, a Double Baked Almond Croissant and enjoyed a Espresso Macchiato.

Seats 16 people with seating upstairs and on the main level. Serve mostly single origin coffees; five roasts and one espresso. They have drip coffee as well as pour overs, etc, and they have a La Marzocco “Strada” espresso machine on the bar.
