Executive Chef Thomas Heinrich creates a different 5 course tasting menu each month, I have tasted some of his others, this time he invited me in to taste his new French Tasting Menu.
1st Course: Fois Gras Parfait with apple, calvados and marcona almonds
3rd course: Lobster Thermidor with kale nori, ad lobster roe pomme puree
4th course: Duck A L’Orange -roast Thiessen Farms duck breast, celery root and tarragon
My Take:
Each of the 5 courses were exquisite, though the 3 courses that I loved are shown above, you will also find Escargot (2nd course) and Mille-Feuille (5th course). This 5 course tasting menu is only $45, you can add the wine pairing for an additional cost and it runs thru October 18.
