On Friday I attended the kick off the Grey Goose Pressé Summer Series at MARKET by Jean-Georges. Taking place on the 3rd floor of the Shangri-La Hotel Vancouver on the patio at MARKET by Jean-Georges, happening every Friday from now through to September 13 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. The favourite cocktail of the afternoon which was refreshing for the warm afternoon, was the French café cocktail that blends Grey Goose, fresh-pressed fruit, sugar and club soda.
The afternoon features DJ Charles Blair spinning some hot summer beats, signature menu items from the MARKET by Jean-Georges lounge including the Rice Cracker Crusted Tuna with Sriracha Emulsion and the Steelhead Sashimi on a bed of Crispy Rice, signature Grey Goose cocktails and the Citrus Cherry Pressé as this week’s feature drink.
The evenings will include live music featuring a guest DJ, complimentary hors d’oeuvres from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, as well as a feature $6.00 pressé and a Grey Goose cocktail roster for $9.00 each.
