Benny Bonanza at Joe Fortes

Yesterday was an excellent day for a beautiful Benny Bonanza experience! I had the opportunity to get a taste of the exquisite food, service and atmosphere of Joe Fortes Seafood & Chop House.  I went during brunch hours, where I was able to enjoy the five featured Eggs Benedicts ($9.95), which included two eggs accompanied by a delectable home-made hollandaise sauce layered on a handmade English muffin. Furthermore, a generous portion of fruit and hash browns completed the dish.

Blackstone Benedict

Fortes

West Coast

Blackforest Ham

Sockeye Salmon

The features were a Blackstone Benedict, consisting of egg, and a traditional bacon slice. The Fortes was composed of spinach, cream and eggs, which definitely was one of my favorites. Next, we had the West Coast, which was a baby shrimp, and rock crab combination, under a layer of avocado and egg, to really satisfy the seafood craving side of me.  The Blackforest Ham dish was a traditional, yet scrumptious version of the eggs Benedict, with a layer of ham under the egg. Classic, yet delicious. Last but not least, the Sockeye Salmon, which was my absolute favorite. This 3oz smoked salmon, under the delicious hollandaise sauce and egg really hit home for me!

The great company, great food and an overall great ambience, created an excellent dining experience. Check it out!
