My family joined me for dinner recently to taste some of the new dishes as well as old favourites at Seasons in the Park. We dined on the outside patio and had a spectacular view of the city and mountains.
On the table to Start:
Tandori Chicken Flatbread $13 mango, scallions, red bell pepper
Asparagus $9
Fish tacos $9
Carrot Ginger Soup $8
On the table for the Mains:
Rack of Lamb $36 Dijon herb crust, cabernet jus
Pan Seared Pacific Halibut $33 lemon caper butter, mashed potatoes
Duck 2 ways $28 hoisin 5 spice duck breast, leg confit, fig demi-glace, potato rostï
Miso soy marinated cod $31 pineapple chive vinaigrette, jasmine rice
On the table for Dessert:
Little Brownie Mountain $8 vanilla ice cream, caramel, chocolate sauce, candied almonds, chantilly cream
Double Belgian Chocolate Truffle & Fudge Cake $8
Sunburnt Lemon Pie $8 two fruit coulis
Each dish was well presented, we happened to be celebrating a birthday during this dinner which is notable in the Little Brownie Mountain dessert.
