Eating and Exploring in Mexico City

Had a wonderful visit to Mexico City where I finally had a chance to visit the National Museum of Anthropology, spend time with friends, do some more exploring and visit some great restaurants.

Some of the eating highlights included:

@abrasamarmx a great find in the Roma Norte neighbourhood near my hotel for the outstanding Tuna taco, Tuna Tostada and the Guava and cheese empanada.

@vorazzzzzzzzz one of my favorite meals at this Michelin starred restaurant was having the delicious Guajillo Chili Fish with blue corn tortillas and the Chocolate Tamal for dessert.

@maizajo a very good Michelin awarded Mexican restaurant where it’s all about their house-made corn tortillas and more; I had the Manea (corn tamale with fish) and the Panucho (blue corn tortilla filled with beans) topped with pickled turkey, unique and delicious.

@mendlmx one of my favourite spots from my last cdmx visit for a Flat white and their delicious Matzo ball soup and also for their Whitefish bagel sandwich.

@greenrhino_mx a very popular sourdough based bakery where the line moved quickly, I got a morning bun to go.

@rojobistrot for a catchup dinner with my friend Carlos and I had the delicious Moroccan lentil soup and the Grilled seabass and then for dessert shared the Apple Tatin.

@quentincafemx catchup with my friend Marco over an Espresso & Tonic at one of my favourite cafes in Roma Norte.

There are many more great restaurants and cafes in the city to discover which I look forward to do on a future visit.
