For the past 14 years the Canadian Health Food Show had featured a dragon’s den type of session held the day before the tradeshow where a short list of companies had a couple of minutes to pitch their products to an esteemed panel of judges. This is the first year that they invited media to attend and I was one of the fortunate ones to be invited to this exciting pitch session. I listened to all of the 8 companies who pitched their products and I had no idea which way the judges were going to go.

The Winner was Vancouver based Magic Scoop who took home a prize worth over $60,000 to further help their company grow and flourish.
