I recently attended the annual Canadian Health Food Show at the Vancouver Convention Centre. This show saw food producers and suppliers from across North America and the world showing their products to mostly natural food retailers. It’s the largest show of its kind in Western Canada, with over 750 booths filled with all sorts of snacking foods, beverages, wellness and more.
Walking the aisles I saw a multitude of products and tasted my way around trying the tasty products and such, these are some that stood out for me.

Locally made Nut Jar has several tasty nut butters and I tried all of their Pistachio selections as well as the Almond Vanilla which was another favourite. They sell direct by ordering from their website, product is not sold in retail stores.

Burnaby based Everland Foods has over 400 products in their lineup and they were showcasing many different ones at the show.

RiceUp is based in Bulgaria and they have several different brown rice snacks, I loved all of the flavours of their Brown rice chips as well as their Brown rice cakes.

Vancouver based Do Matcha featured samples of their matcha and other fine products.
Canadian Health Food Show is produced by the Canadian Health Food Association.
