One night in Mexico with Cointreau was a wonderful night learning how to make salsas with Chef Martin Vargas followed by a delicious dinner Alimentaria Mexicana.
As one of my favorite cuisines is Mexican, I was delighted to learn how they make traditional salsas and Chef Martin made it look so easy.
We started off with some Fresh Guacamole and chips for the first dish.
2nd dish: Albacore Ceviche was flavorful and delicious.
3rd dish: Papas con Green Enchilada this was a tasty dish of chorizo and potatoes
4th dish: Halloumi & Cactus and this has always been one of my favourite dishes here
5th dish: Grilled Flank Steak, a great dish to share of flavourful sliced steak along with tortillas on the side to make our own tacos.
6th dish: Shrimp Rajas, flavourul sauce with the shrimp
7th dish: Housemade Round Churros which were delicious served with vanilla ice cream on the side.
I am looking forward to the next night in Mexico.
