Christmas dinner for two at home is the way to go this year, as with the ongoing covid pandemic, this year is quite different than years past. Pacific Yacht Charters Off the Boat Catering is offering a wonderful holiday dinner menu featuring a delicious Deep Fried Sage Brined Turkey with all the fixin’s and condiments.

I was invited to preview this year’s Christmas dinner offerings as this is the year to enjoy a catered dinner in your own home.  On the table: Deep Fried Sage Brined turkey, Roast turkey gravy, Christmas stuffing, Scalloped potatoes, Mashed Yams with maple pecan oat topping, Creamed Brussel Sprouts, Baby Spinach & Kale salad, Cranberry & orange relish and House-Made Rosemary Milk Buns.

Available for 4, 2 or single servings so that everyone in your bubble can enjoy a delicious, scratch-made festive dinner.

The instructions for heating the meal were easy to follow, and we had a delicious meal to enjoy! We also enjoyed Eggnog Spiced Dark Chocolate Ganache Tarts with raspberry sauce for dessert.

They are also offering Party Kits for one or more people this year that features a selection of canapes, nuts, along with bottles of Prosecco and other snacks. I had the opportunity to try some of the delicious canapes and nuts as well.

Order now until Saturday, December 19th for pick up on either Dec 23 or 24th at the Coho Commissary location.
