Holiday dinner for two at home is the way to go this year, as with the ongoing covid pandemic, this year is quite different than years past. Edge Catering has created a Christmas dinner package featuring multiple dishes that you can pickup (or have delivered) and then reheat in the comfort of your own home.

I was invited to preview this year’s Christmas dinner offerings and it was a delicious feast with leftovers for lunch the next day. They are offering a couple of choices in the mains (Turkey or Pork Loin) with all the fixin’s and condiments included.

Loved the whole spread which included the delicious Slow roasted, herb buttered turkey with Port Gravy, Cranberry & orange chutney; as well as the Sourdough, apple & cranberry stuffing; Yukon gold buttermilk mashed potatoes; Winter vegetables with maple thyme butter; and Stuffed acorn squash.

The instructions for heating the meal were easy to follow, and we had a delicious meal to enjoy! We also had a yummy Sticky Toffee Pudding with warm toffee sauce for dessert.

All holiday dinner orders will benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities “Home for Dinner” Program.

Order online by 3pm Wednesday, Dec 21st for pickup Dec 23rd and 24th. Delivery can be arranged for orders over $200.
