Chef Takayuki Omi and his wife Kaori just opened this one of a kind shop in downtown Vancouver.

It is a Japanese Grab-and-go shop/eatery that features a menu filled with sushi rolls and premium sashimi made fresh for takeout as well as a well stocked fridge for you to come in select what you want, purchase to go. They also feature a selection of Japanese grocery items and snacks.

Chef Takayuki will personally slice fish to your liking, whether it be nigiri, sashimi, poke, or handrolls, and customize your order.

I have tried a couple of items, the Salmon Aburi Roll and one of their Sashimi plates.
The shop is open Tuesday – Sunday 11am – 7pm
