This newly opened Italian eatery in Kitsilano is owned by Maria Clarkson, Alexandro Cascia and another partner, all from different regions of Italy.
They have put together a wonderful menu of house-made pastas, sauces, desserts and more.
In addition to enjoying their dishes inside or outside the restaurant they also offer a large selection of frozen and fresh grab and go items which include the pastas, sauces, pizzas, bread and desserts.
I have tried several dishes here including the delicious Bucatini with porcini cream, Butternut Squash ravioli with San Marzano tomato sauce, Classic lasagna with garlic bread along with a couple of desserts including the delicious Pistachio tiramisu and Caramel panna cotta.
The eatery is open Monday and Tuesday 9am – 8pm, and Thursday to Sunday from 9am – 9pm. Closed on Wednesday.
