It’s been years since my last visit to Cornucopia, back then it was a 4 day event, in recent years it became an 11 day event.
This year I attended Cornucopia on the latter part of the festival and had a chance to attend this super fun Best of BC House Party that featured a delicious buffet of salads, vegetables as well as bbq meat stations that the Sidecut Whistler chefs of the Four Seasons Whistler Hotel had prepared.
It was great to see Anthony Langner of Steel & Oak Brewing pouring their delicious Smoked Honey Doppelbock; Marc Roberts of Backcountry Brewing pouring their Coffee Stout, Bomber Brewing pouring their Russian Imperial Stout; Dan Schell of Peacock & Martin pouring the Hester Creek Cab Franc.
Asides from the delicious food there was a lot to drink, some of the best craft brewers, distillers and wine producers from around our province pouring for guests to try.
This event was held in the upstairs ballroom of the Whistler Conference Centre.
