Last night I attended the 2nd year anniversary celebration at this notable Gastown restaurant owned by Uwe Boll and Natalie Boll. Recent newcomer to the team includes Executive Chef Tim Schulte who has come from Germany, joining Executive Chef David Mueller who has already been part of the kitchen team for over 18 months.

Guests enjoyed white and red wine, beer, and cocktails while enjoying bites from their new spring menu. I enjoyed tasting the Schnitzel amongst other tasty canapes and look forward to returning soon to try their new chefs tasting menu.
