Pairing Remy Martin to Hy’s Steakhouse classic fare was a divine experience that I had recently at the Bon Vivant Dinner.
Remy Martin Vsop Old Fashioned in the first course paired with a salad of greens was a great start to this elegant meal.
The 2nd course was a Spinach Salad with a warm Remy Martin vinaigrette paired up with the Remy Martin 1738 Hy’s Car Cocktail.
The star dish and pairing was the outstanding Canadian Prime Rib Petit Filet Mignon with pan seared Fois gras Remy Martin wild mushroom sauce paired with Remy Martin XO neat.
Table side flambéed Banana Foster served with vanilla ice cream for dessert.
