I toured the new Prado Café that opened a few days ago in the Fraserhood Mountainview neighborhood. The café features seating for 20, a full kitchen and bakery.
This is their 3rd location and owner Sammy Piccolo, said it was an opportunity that he couldn’t pass up.
You will find a bright café with white walls and lots of windows providing lots of natural light.
With their own chefs, they are baking almost everything in house. You will find a toasts bar of sorts, featuring their own baked breads with interesting toppings such as the Minted Pea and Avocado smash, along with baked beans on toast, and more to come. Their are waffles and toppings, and much more.
Prado Cafe is open from 6am until 8pm, Monday to Friday and 8am until 5pm on weekends; and they are located at 4208 Fraser Street. Follow then on twitter @pradocafe
