I recently attended a Vancouver Board of Trade reception at the False Creek Yacht Club. The stunning location featured in house caterer the Edge Catering who’s team of chefs and servers presented a selection of passed canapes along with an appetizer bar that was filled with savouries, a savoury waffle station which was such a unique idea, and more.

A stunning spot located over False Creek looking outwards over Granville Island and the West End. Their Clubhouse, occupies the top floor of their building and they are available to host a variety of events such as: weddings, birthdays, retirement parties, conferences, meetings, and barbecues. Their rental facilities include a lounge, boardroom and wrap-around patio, elevator access/handicap accessible washroom.

I tasted a selection of the passed canapes as well as appetizers from the stations located around the room.
