Coconut Mini Donut and Ginger Lemon Sandwich Cookie
Located off the alleyway between 1st and Esplanade this one of a kind bakery features a full range of gluten -free goodies. Founded by the mother of the two daughters, Lisa Reichelt bakes all the wonderful treats catering to those who either have wheat allergies or are seeking gluten-free baked goods and the many who love her baking. You will find cookies, donuts, scones, loafs and breads and so much more. I had a #glutenfree Coconut Mini Donut and a Ginger Lemon Sandwich Cookie filled with lemon creme, both delicious. They feature local North Van roaster Moja Coffee and you can enjoy your coffee and treats on their outside patio.
