As a purist of finding the best espresso, I am always searching to try new coffee roasters as well as cafes locally and when I travel. Stumptown Coffee is one of my favourite roasters from down South and are featured on the bar here at Platform 7. Located in the heart of the East Village neightborhood, you will find a very cool cafe modelled after a British railway station, the décor is as you would imagine, bench seating, cool antique light fixtures, unique signage, and a roof just like you would see if you were on the platform in a train station in the UK.

I had my usual go to espresso based beverage a Espresso Macchiato ($3) and a gluten-free Salted No Oat Chocolate Chip Cookie ($2.75) which was delish. Something unique on offer at the coffee bar is a Tasting Flight for ($9), they also offer coffee done in various ways such as pour-over, espresso beverages and more. On the eats side they offer a selection of sandwiches, baked goods and such,  This is a café you are going to want to frequent!
