My Take:

I loved each of the dishes, as well as the presentation. Although I had the Souffle di parmigiano, zucchini crudo on a previous visit, I found the outstanding dish to be more refined now. The Heirloom Tomato Salad was a house special that night celebrating the local bounty of these flavourful tomatoes and the presentation was art on the plate. The Polenta Gnocchi, cheese fonduta, mushroom was my favourite of the 2 pastas ordered. I found the Halibut to be perfectly cooked and seasoned. Both of the sides were delicious, the Mushrooms were divine as was the Swiss Chard with the raisins, capers, and pine-nuts combination. For dessert, both selections were outstanding, my personal favourite of the two was the Bunet Piedmontese.
