I was invited to taste a preview of the Dine Out menu for Charm Modern Thai who is offering a 3 course menu for $28. I had the opportunity to taste a selection of the appetizers including the Tiger Prawn Satay, Duck Sticks and Rock Pepper with Garlic Prawns.

I tasted all of the main courses including the Green Tea Chicken, Coconut Cream Scallops and the Salmon Linguine, my favourite of them all was the Coconut Cream Scallops – grilled Japanese scallops in a coconut cream sauce and seasonal vegetables.

To finish I tasted each of the 3 desserts featuring the Chocolate Chili Torte, Vanilla Bean Tapioca and the Thai Tea Ice Cream.
