Dine Out Vancouver 2014 Events -picks

This year’s Dine Out Vancouver runs January 17 – February 2nd and features an extensive selection of unique events in addition to prix-frixe meals that all the participating restaurants will be offering. On Wednesday January 8th I will publish my restaurant picks and tips for selecting the best restaurants, menus and such during this premiere dining festival along with some booking tips for your reservations.

This is the first year that I am producing events with Tourism Vancouver to take place during this Dine Out Festival. I have created two of the biggest brunch crawls that Vancouver has ever seen along with an event to put Granville Island on the map as one of the culinary destinations in the city.

These are  the 3 events that are now on sale:

Six Course Discourse at Edgewater Casino with 6 Vancouver chefs talking about their experiences on January 20th.  I took part in this fun dinner last year, so check out Craft Pizza Meets Craft Beer on January 21 or 22 at Rocky Mountain Flatbread Company, if you are looking for an evening where fashion and music are part of the dinner experience, then consider Food For Thought on January 21st at Urban Thai Bistro; lastly one cool interactive event worth checking out is The Snowshoe Fondue on January 24 on top of Grouse Mountain.
