I recently spent a week test driving the Mitsubishi Outlander around Vancouver while visiting some restaurants in Vancouver, experiencing the Dumpling Fest Vancouver and more.

The next day I took a drive out to Surrey to visit Those Indian Guys (152 St & 19 Ave, Surrey) to try one of their newest creations. I had the Shahi Chicken Kathi Roll which was very tasty for lunch along with the Pink Lemonade juice.

One thing that is important in vehicles like this is the comfortability and the Mitsubishi features like dual-zone or tri-zone automatic climate control, heated seats, a heated steering wheel, leather upholstery, and a panoramic sunroof are typically available, depending on the trim level.

The next evening I participated in Dumpling Fest Vancouver visiting each of the four restaurants that each featured a different cuisine. Started off at Maizal on Main street where they specialize in Mexican eats; here I enjoyed their Enchiladas stuffed with plantains, cheese and corn topped with their classic mole, garnished with rice and siracha. Next stop was to the Westend for Indian at Biryani Lounge, here they featured their Sunset bowl with a crispy chicken and potato dumpling over rice, grilled pineapple and a rich coastal coconut gravy.

Next it was over to Takis Taverna for their Festive Greek bowl that featured their Kefta over top rice with mushrooms. Lastly, I drove to the East Village neighbourhood to The Saigonville which specializes in Vietnamese cuisine and here they featured their hand-made Savoury Tapioca Dumplings.

My friends said the back row was roomy and comfortable, in the middle there is a console that you pull down that has a cup holder and also acts as an arm rest.

The next day I drove to Coquitlam and visited Pasta Polo and had their Primavera vegetable forward pizza to go. They are known for their 36 hour fermented pizza dough and their brick oven.

The next day I was back out in East Van where I visited the recently opened Forecast Coffee location in the East Village neighbourhood for their Peach aniseed espresso tonic which I love.

Over in the Kerrisdale neighbourhood, they welcomed popular Macutea to the area and I visited to try their Bo Grape Smoothie with green tea jelly which was refreshing.
The Outlander has great technology features that include a modern infotainment system with a touchscreen display, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto integration. Available features often include a digital instrument cluster, a head-up display, a premium sound system (like Bose), and multiple USB ports.
