Always love seeing the dishes that our local chefs feature for the Spring season, and here are some delicious dishes by Executive Chef Behshad Zolnasr and Chef de Cuisine Jo Hognestad.
1st dish:

Murgella Burrata with grilled asparagus, pea & basil purée, hazelnuts, crispy pancetta
2nd dish:

Herb Ricotta Agnolotti with spring peas, shaved asparagus, Guanciale, lemon butter
3rd dish:

Paccheri – ala vodka, nduja, straticcella, and basil oil
4th dish:

Halibut with puttanesca Sauce, Fennel & Herb Salad, tomatoes, pine nuts and basil oil; paired with the @edenvalewines non alc shiraz
5th dish:

Heritage Chicken Breast with wild mushrooms, sweet spring peas, turnips, potato croquette, pea & basil purée, and a rich chicken jus poured tableside for the finishing touch.
6th dish:

Semolina Olive Oil Cake
