Mami’s Lollipop Wings 

An addictive spice rub on the outside made with lime, garlic, and pepper, with an incredibly tasty dipping sauce, these were outstanding.

Pistachio Gelato

Incredible flavour of gelato house-made by James Coleridge, I could easily eat a pint of this one.

Hazelnut Chocolate Cookie

Outstanding cookie with chocolate chips, more chocolate, hazelnuts and a hint of salt; by pastry chef Shayde Efthymiou.

Black Cod Dumplings

The Black Cod Dumplings with gold accent were not only beautiful but delicious.

Spanako-pizza 

This Greek fusion dish was a standout for me and my friends, topped with winter greens, leeks, barrel aged feta.

Outstanding crisp puff pastry filled with Pitmaster smoked brisket and classic brown gravy; by chef Karl Gregg.
