The Vancouver Culinary Fest presents our first Summer Burger Festival at a selection of restaurants around the city that are featuring their burger creations. Each restaurant will be featuring their Burger creations on their menu from August 1-31, 2024.
How Does this all Work? You are invited to go out and order any or all of the burger creations in this challenge, then you decide who you think has the best burger creation for the People’s Choice award winners.
Share your experiences: Social Media share your photos and stories throughout the month long festival, our twitter, instagram and TikTok address is @vanfoodster and the hashtag is #SummerBurgerFest please include this hashtag in all your social media posts.
Voting criteria – some things to help you judge your favourite burger creations – keep these things in mind: originality, creativity, uniqueness, traditional, non-traditional, price, value and most importantly taste.
How to VOTE :
- Look for our Burger fest posters in each of the participating restaurants.
- Scan the QR code and Vote for your favourites from August 1-31, 2024
Get some friends together and make a day or night of it, visit 2 places or more to taste the different burger creations or go solo or with a friend– just remember to VOTE for your favourites between August 1-31, 2024.

Our Zab Zab Burger is influenced by the delicious tastes of Isaan Larb (an aromatic Thai meat salad) that’s served with an array of fresh greens & herbs.
We season our beef patties with toasted rice powder to give it that signature Larb taste. The grilled patty with cheese sits on top of our housemade cilantro bun topped with cream cheese, fresh greens, herbs & house pickled green beans. We drizzle with grainy mustard & top with crispy onion rings for added texture. Served with eggplant fries and a trio of dips.
