Chop Steakhouse & Bar Coal Harbour Opening

Last night, I attended the opening party for the newest Chop Steakhouse & Bar restaurant to open in downtown Vancouver.

Chop Coal Harbour presents a modern take on the steakhouse experience, pairing a vibrant design with exceptional service and a delicious menu of fresh, hand-crafted food

Guests were treated to appetizers along with a steak tasting bar with a selection of Smokey Old Fashioned cocktails, red and white wine flowing throughout the night.

When dining at Chop Coal Harbour, guests can expect handcrafted cuisine, signature drinks and enlightened hospitality, every single time. Executive Chef Stephen Clark has spent countless hours perfecting each food and drink item, overhauling the menu to guarantee an unforgettable dining experience.

Guests of Chop Steakhouse & Bar Coal Harbour will be welcomed with a fresh atmosphere, designed by interior designer Joanna Kado, a unique mural created by Vancouver’s Jennifer Clark, an open kitchen to satisfy guests curiosity and a spacious covered patio right on the waterfront. The indoor and outdoor space seats 220 individuals and offers various seating options for guests to enjoy as they visit for lunch, dinner or happy hour.

I enjoyed eating the Lobster Mac & Cheese croquettes, Steak bites, Wild mushroom & Goat Cheese croistini, Seared scallops, and Prime Rib Sliders.

A group of my blogger friends and I also got to try some of the desserts of which we thank the pastry chef for the delicious Dessert Trio, loved all including the Gluten-free Chocolate Cake, Vanilla Creme brulee and the Cheesecake with blueberry compote.

Chop Steakhouse & Bar Coal Harbour can be found at 1055 Canada Place #26, Vancouver and is open seven days a week.
