Located on the 2nd floor, upstairs of the new Robba da Matti in Kitsilano, they recently launched their wine and burrata bar that features a selection of salads and other dishes with burrata as the highlight. They also offer several wines by the glass as well as several wines by the bottle.
It is Vancouver’s first Burrata bar as well as a wine bar for you to enjoy some sips and bites before or after dinner. They don’t take reservations, so walk in to get a table and then if you then want to have dinner in the downstairs restaurant just let the host know. You will find an extensive selection of wine by the bottle and a small selection of wines by the glass.
We enjoyed some wine, cocktails and some of the Burrata dishes, starting off with the Burrata Caprese, Crostino Burrata & Melanzane and Insalata di Pera & Burrata; and a Aperol Spritz and a glass of Chianti.
You can find the Passaparola Burrata Bar upstairs at Robba da Matti Kitsilano at 1898 W 1st Avenue in Vancouver. You can follow them on instagram @robba_damatti
