Located inside the newly opened Seaside Hotel at the Shipyards in North Vancouver. I have tried several dishes here including the stunning Burrata dish with white anchovy, scallion oil, tomato; along with the Humboldt Squid with chermoula, quinoa tabbouleh, tahini, chili oil. Loved the Kale Salad with parmesan, pickled shallot, jamón; tried one of their Seafood and Vegetable Platter’s along with their beautiful Avocado Toast which has been popular since the beginning.
The Wagyu Beef with cipollini, salsa verde was very good as was the Jamón Ibérico with parmesan, olive oil, cipollini onion. The Crispy Potato with smoked garlic, spicy tomato sauce was there version of Patate Bravas and it was very good as was the Game Hen with grilled lemon gremolata, roasted garlic
