With his French roots, Pastry Chef/Owner Franck Buiron recently launched his own French bakery in the Olympic Village neighborhood, previously he had been wholesaling his baked goods and desserts to restaurants and cafes around the city. This quaint café reminds me of being in a small town on the French Rivierra, it’s bright yellow on the inside with seating for some, shelves with knick knacks and views of the pastries.

I had the delicious Double Baked Almond Croissant, Chocolate Brioche which looks flat, it’s filled with chocolate, and the Pistachio and Cherry Roll, along with an Iced Americano.

You will want to go early to get your favourite freshly baked pastries, look for his incredible French desserts to soon adorn the menu.
