An Asian focussed dessert emporium that features Thai Fried Ice Cream rolls; owners Elliott and Karen offer up a standard menu of Sundae creations as well as juice and slushies. The process in making the ice cream is that it involves flash freezing the cream mixture on a very cold metal pan that is at -19 degrees Celsius. The mixture is spread out thinly and evenly, the cream freezes and then they make the rolls, then various toppings are added into the sundae cup.

Strawberry Cheese Sundae
Over a couple of visits I have tried several of the creations thus far; The Camp Fire Sundae with Belgian Chocolate Thai Fried ice cream, chocolate sauce, Gragham crackers, toasted marshmallow, whipped cream, sprinkles and strawberries was a delicious treat. The Strawberry Cheese Sundae with Thai Fried Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream, strawberries, and whipped cream was heavenly.

Watermelon Slushie
The Watermelon Slushie was quite refreshing, this one of several others they have available. In addition to the regular line-up of sundaes, you can always build your own.
