Visited the Kitsilano location last week to taste some of the new dishes as well as some old favourites from Corporate Chef Brent Fisher, joined by my friend Nikki Caine.
Ahi Tuna Tacos with sushi rice and mango salsa in crispy wonton shells, with wasabi aioli. This was an outstanding dish, loved the crunch of the hard tacos, as well as the flavours with the mango salsa.
BBQ Steak Skewers with a delicious smoky dry rub, onions and peppers, this dish is being featured on their summer BBQ menu.
Seafood Skewers with teriyaki glazed fire grilled salmon, prawns and scallops with grilled pineapple salsa, this dish is being featured on their summer BBQ menu.
Coconut Shrimp with sweet chili sauce & mango salsa, a Boathouse favourite, loved the crunch of the coconut crusting.
Crab and Lobster filled Ravioli with roasted tomato, spinach, citrus cream, prawns and cherry tomatoes, a delicious pasta dish and perfect for sharing.
Crab Cobb Salad crabmeat with fresh lemon, goat cheese, bacon, avocado, tomatoes & cucumber.
Strawberry Ice Cream Pie on a gluten-free crust with honey, topped with a touch of whipped cream and strawberries! Delicious dessert!
