In the heart of bustling Main Street sits a wonderful café and bakery on the corner, all white on the outside, on the inside it’s cute and quaint with paintings lining the walls. The bakery is filled with treats that have a way of calling your name and there is an espresso bar as well.
Liberty Bakery had been on this corner for many years, when the previous owner wanted to retire she sold the business and it was soon reborn with a new baking style of menu. I have visited a few times already, have had an Espresso Macchiato and a Gingerbread cookie shaped like a Totoro on visit. On another visit I have had a Pulla – Swedish cinnamon cardamon bun with citrus glaze and pearl sugar; Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie and a Grilled Cheese Sandwich.
You will find all sorts of baked goods, cakes, pastries, pies, and more. On the beverage side of things you will find a full line-up of espresso beverages along with teas to round out the liquid offerings.
