My friend Gin and I dined together the other night at this always charming Gastown French eatery. I had the Bistro Salad, a bowl of mixed greens, roasted cherry tomatoes, candied walnuts, red onion and dijon dressing; Gin enjoyed a bowl of the Cream of Tomato Soup. We both had the standout Pan Seared Salmon Provencal with their crispy frites.

Jules Bistro recently introduced a TABLE D’HOTE menu for lunch ($27) and dinner ($29)! You get to choose an Appetizer: choose from bistro salad or soup du jour; along with an Entree: choose from Ribeye Steak, Salmon or Mussels with fries or/and salad; and finish off with Dessert: Chocolate Terrine
